Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply to vouchers and loyalty cards sold by Oceanroad Holidays.

Oceanroad Holidays is an affilliate of all resorts offered on our website and are authorised to sell products on behalf of travel partners. Your voucher purchase will be subject to the terms and conditions of each individual property.

Our service is to offer discounted holiday rates to you. We arrange a contractual relationship between Oceanroad and the affiliate properties. We cannot guarantee the performance of the service providers.

* What happens if my voucher/loyalty card expires?
Simply call us and we can either transfer or extend it for a small fee.
Lost and expired vouchers do incur a replacement fee, however we are more than fair with bonus vouchers in this regard.
* Does my deposit come off the total cost?
Your voucher fee comes off the total cost of the holiday priced** on our website, (With the exception of Oaks and Margarets Beach Resort & Margarets in Town where the $99 deposit** has already been deducted)with the balance being payable to the resort as per their booking procedure.
Only 1 x $99 deposit voucher to be used per advertised priced offer, however you may put 2 vouchers back to back** to extend your stay.
**Back to back is subject to resort discretion.
* Can I purchase a voucher for a friend?
It’s great to get away with family and/or friends. You can purchase as many vouchers as you like!
* When can’t I use my voucher?
Exemption periods are printed on vouchers or are listed online for each individual property. View the interested Resort on our Web Page for terms and conditions. 
* Is this voucher transferable?
If the voucher is nearing expiry and you don’t think you will use it in time, you can offer your unused voucher to your family or friends, and yes they are fully transferable. They make great little gifts.
*Refunds/ Credits?
Under the Fair Trading laws, Oceanroad Holidays do not provide refunds if you
- Simply change your mind and no longer want the goods or service
-realise you can't afford the goods or service or found the item or service at a cheaper price elsewhere.
However when it can be ascertained that your dissatisfaction is attributable to an error on Oceanroad Holidays' behalf, then a refund may be granted. All requests for a refund must be made in writing, via email or post within 30 days of the voucher purchase. A $21.95 cancellation fee applies to refunds.
All offers are subject to availability and terms and conditions.
All quoted and advertised prices are subject to change,variance and room allotment without notice.
Cancellation/ Change Fees
Cancelled and amended bookings may incur fees. The cancellation/change fee will be dependent on the affiliates terms and conditions.
Travel advise
Oceanroad Holidays will not be responsible for loss or damage incurred because a property is unable to provide its contracted services because of an "event" including severe weather events, pandemics or other disasters or management changes that may lead to cancellation or rescheduling of services/contracts.
Oceanroad is committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect about you to maximise the services that we can offer to you. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you, and adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles. We will not provide your information to a third party or property unless it is necessary to for the purposes of facilitating your travel bookings.
